Falak Shah is an enthusiastic young student at the John Connan School of Mumbai, where she is currently studying subjects such as Math AA, Physics, Economics, and Environmental Systems and Societies. Beyond academics, Falak has a love for architecture, visual arts, athletics, and Kathak. Currently, with the help of Cornell alumni, she is creating an architectural portfolio like the study of the Rann of Kutch; she experiments with different materials like acrylics, wood, cardboard, and salt-cracker paste. She has also earned a Taekwondo Black Belt, plays badminton for her school team, and enjoys kathak thoroughly. While Falak is juggling academic rigor and various extracurricular activities, she is still packed with inquisitiveness, determination, and a strong feeling of mission, which she exhibits in every undertaking that she leads.
